One of the best replies on Quora.com explaining the difference between Ejaculation and Orgasm:
"The simple answer is that orgasms happen in the brain, ejaculation happens in the prostate and urethra, and they are two different things that usually (but not always) happen together. In reality, it isn't that simple because orgasms also involve the PNS and involuntary contractions of the anal sphincters and other muscles, in the groin and elsewhere, but the simple version captures the main idea."

I used to think they were one and the same, then I studied a lot of different things including esoteric Taoism, and now believe they are two separate things that usually happen at the same time. But they don't have to."George Sawyer
A pelvic orgasm or
Two chakra orgasm is more powerful than a common orgasm.
You can learn to hold your orgasm but that may not be what you want to experience all the time.
It also doesn't mean you can't experience more and different.
You can use simple techniques, patience because the spontaneous and automatic does happen once you get your brain used to the fact that it can experience more and hold the orgasm and send the energy rushing back into their pelvic region simply by practicing.
Self-control is largely an untaught trick in the area of sexual satisfaction, but it really can provide a more intense and pleasurable orgasm if you learn to do it correctly. If you would like to feel a pelvic orgasm you have to relax your mind and control your bodily functions prior to orgasm. Hold back your ejaculation and send it back through your body for a full pelvic orgasm.
This is an example of when I say create target visualize and during Tantric journey or moments or masturbation you can practice experiencing this.
