Mediation for Protection

This meditation is very important. It is simple and the more you do this, the more powerful the

protective aura becomes.

1. Breathe in white-gold energy* as you would with the energy foundation meditation. You don't need

to go into a deep trance with this. Just concentrate on *feeling* the energy enter your being on each

inhale and then visualize a powerful brilliant light, like the Sun becoming brighter and brighter with

each exhalation. Once you get this going, it becomes very easy and takes little time.

2. Affirm: "I am breathing in powerful protective energy. This energy is building an aura of protection

around me. This aura protects me at all times in every way."

Say this to yourself five times for five inhales. After this, just concentrate on visualizing and feeling the

energy, making it more and more brighter and powerful.

This will program the energy and also program your aura.

After several days of doing this exercise, you can say the affirmation once or twice, instead of five, as it

will already be programmed into your aura.

The more you do this, you will build a more and more powerful protective aura. Use the energy from

the Sun as well. Energy from the Sun is extremely powerful. When doing this, just add "I am breathing

in powerful protective energy from the sun. This energy is building an aura of protection around me.

This aura protects me at all times in every way."

*White-gold energy is used because it is reflective. You can also program your aura so you breathe in

protective energy from the Sun (extremely powerful) when you are outside. After the first few times,

you don't even have to visualize anything. You can just feel this and you don't 8have to be in a trance for

it to work- you will feel it. I am to where I just consciously breathe in energy and I can do it easily at

any time- with no trance or visualization.

Another important thing you can do to protect yourself and remain safe is to affirm 5-10 times before

you go to sleep:

"I am always totally safe and protected in every way." Never doubt this! The aura of protection will

also help to clean your aura and repel any negative energy. This is very important.

You can also visualize loved ones and breathe energy into their aura to protect them. Just go into a

trance and visualize whoever you want to protect and breathe in energy as outlined in the link above

and then breathe it out into the aura of the one you wish to protect and follow the same procedure, only

apply it to this other person. This can also be done for healing purposes.

Changa was created by Julian Palmer in 2003-2004[4] and named when he 'asked' for a moniker for the drug during an ayahuasca session.[5] Palmer actively 'seeded' Changa throughout the world, introducing it to the UK, Russia, India, Morocco, West Africa, Chile, Montenegro and China.[6]

The substance grew in popularity from the mid 2000s.[7] Its international introduction dates to the Boom Festival in Portugal in 2008.[8]

Changa's popularity has continued due to its ease of smoking, more powerful effects and longer duration (approximately 10-20 minutes) when compared to smoking freebase DMT crystal.[9]

Changa consists of two primary components dimethyltryptamine and monoamine oxidase inhibitors.

Any number of blend combinations are possible. Doses vary substantially from one sample to the next depending on what ingredients are used and in what ratio.[10] Julian Palmer has written, "Changa has been commonly reported to consist of simply Banisteriopsis caapi leaf and DMT, and this recipe works very well... Any herb or plant can be used in changa, and many different herbs are being used by different people around the world in different ratios and blends. It should be kept in mind that the ayahuasca element activates the herbs used, and each new herb may not have the desired effect, or may have an unpredictable effect. So, a ‘classic’ and ‘original’ changa blend that has stood the test of time looks something like this: 30% ayahuasca vine and/or leaf 20% mullein 20% passionflower 20% peppermint 5% calendula 5% blue lotus".[10]

Perhaps a shaman cannot cure a cancerous tumor or a spinal injury. But he can heal souls and bring balance to those individuals who were willing to jump off a skyscraper just yesterday. Maybe a shaman cannot persuade spirits to enrich someone in need. But he can appeal to the spirits to help a person find ways and opportunities to earn a living, and the spirits will listen to the shaman.

Most likely, a shaman cannot resurrect the deceased. But he can locate and retrieve lost or stolen souls of living people, thereby saving their mental health. Perhaps a shaman cannot protect you from a disaster or a fire. But he can create an amulet for you that will prevent you from buying a ticket for a plane that will crash immediately after takeoff. A shaman is unlikely to predict your destiny like a fortune-teller. But he can clearly and vividly see your paths and offer you solutions to the dead ends you have carelessly wandered into. He can warn you about your hidden enemies, both external and internal.

What Is Changa? The Psychedelic You’ve Likely Never Heard Of (Yet)Smokable "vine of the dead": two case studies of experiencers of both changa and near-death experiences

Changa (/ˈtʃɑːŋɡɑː/) is a blend of N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) mixed with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI). The addition of MAOIs extends the DMT experience in duration and intensity when compared with smoking DMT freebase alone.[1] Typically, extracts from DMT-containing plants are combined with a blend of different MAOI-containing herbs, such as the ayahuasca vine, and/or leaf or harmala alkaloids from Peganum harmala ("Syrian rue") to create a mix that is 25 to 50% DMT.[2][3]

Circulating Energy

This meditation is the most powerful. It is done by martial artists and advanced meditators. It enables

the practitioner to feel, control and direct energy.

Be patient. You more than likely will need 15 minutes to half an hour set aside for this to begin with.

Again, everything is individual. In the beginning, for most people, the energy will be slow in coming

and will move like molasses, but this varies according to one's development in past lives. Normally

with repeated meditations, it will speed up and you will be able to direct it at will.

This exercise is more in FEELING, rather than in visualization.

1. Focus on your crown chakra. Just sit 3-4 minutes and meditate on this chakra. You may feel it as a

sort of crawling sensation. This is normal. When one advances or on occasion, there is an intense

feeling of bliss. You may also feel a pressure there.

2. Now focus on your third eye. Meditate on your third eye for several minutes. Feeling a pressure here

is normal.

3. Move your attention to your throat chakra and do the same as with the above two chakras.

4. Move your energy to your heart chakra and focus for a few minutes.

5. Focus now on your solar plexus and do the same.

6. Follow with your second/sacral chakra- do the same.

7. Now focus on the area between your perinium. This is between the rectum and scrotum for men and

between the rectum and vagina for women. This is a power spot. Visualize the energy glowing brightly

like the sun here.

8. Move the energy to your base chakra and meditate for 3-4 minutes or so on your base chakra.

9. Now, direct the energy up your spine into your second chakra. (This is the second chakra located on

your spine- with the first circulation, we focused on the chakras in the front, we are now directing the

energy up the back).

10. Continue to do the same, directing the energy up into each chakra, one by one located in the spine,

until you reach your crown.

11. This time, you can direct the energy without pausing, moving it along down the front of your body

chakra by chakra until you stop again at the perinium and direct the energy up your spine.

Keep circulating the energy as long as you wish. This exercise will enable you to control and direct

energy. This is the foundation of all power. You will establish a mind connection to where you are able

to focus and the energy will follow. This can be used for healing, empowering or otherwise.

Communication with spirits opens many doors, behind which lie answers to various questions. However, it's important to remember the importance of some rules.

But how can one understand when spirits have answered? They always choose different ways of communication. Much of this depends on the individual and his inner state - they will appear to someone, and someone will only hear a weak voice, or feel someone's presence.

Respectful attitudes towards the world around us and good intentions serve as a guarantee of spiritual protection.

Many of us grew up in a culture that considers the progress of mankind as a linear trajectory, a concept deeply ingrained in our educational systems, societal norms, and even our personal aspirations. This linear perspective suggests that each subsequent generation is inherently "better" than the previous one, often measured by advancements in technology, science, and social structures. In this framework, the notion of evolution implies that individuals have become smarter, more capable, and more enlightened than their ancestors, as if we are on a constant upward climb toward an idealized future.

However, the ancient shamans perceived the world through a vastly different lens. They believed that shamans were not merely practitioners of healing or spiritual guidance but were, in fact, masters of dreams and visions. This mastery extended beyond the mere act of dreaming; it encompassed a profound understanding of the illusion of time itself. Unlike the linear perspective that dominates modern thought, shamans recognized that time is cyclical, a continuous loop rather than a straight line. This cyclical understanding of existence allowed them to navigate the complexities of life with a sense of rhythm and harmony that is often lost in contemporary society.

Nature itself obeys cycles, a fact that is evident in the world around us. The transition from day to night, and night back to day, illustrates this eternal rhythm. The seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—follow one another in a predictable pattern, each bringing its own unique gifts and challenges. The Earth revolves around the Sun in a steady dance, while the Moon orbits our planet, influencing the tides and the very essence of life. Waves rise from the ocean, crashing onto the shore in a powerful display of nature’s force, only to recede back into the depths, demonstrating the ebb and flow of existence. Shamans, with their keen awareness, perceive these grand cycles and understand that time flows in a similar manner, marked by periods of creation, destruction, and rebirth.

For instance, according to the Toltecs, we currently inhabit the times of the fifth world. This belief holds that the world has been constructed and subsequently destroyed four times prior to our present existence, with each cycle representing a significant transformation in the fabric of reality. Each of these epochs was marked by profound lessons and experiences, contributing to the collective wisdom of humanity. Interestingly, on the other side of the globe, in India, the Vedic tradition also posits that we are in the fifth world. This remarkable parallel demonstrates how two distinct cultures, separated by vast distances and differing historical contexts, arrived at the same conclusion regarding the cyclical nature of existence.

It’s fascinating to consider that regardless of whether one subscribes to these ancient beliefs or not, there exists a deep truth embedded within such a worldview: all living things are part of a cyclical process. This understanding encourages us to reflect on our place within the universe, to recognize the patterns that govern our lives, and to appreciate the interconnectedness of all beings. Embracing the cyclical nature of existence can lead to a more profound sense of peace and acceptance, allowing us to navigate the challenges of life with the knowledge that, much like the seasons, we too will experience periods of growth, decline, and renewal.

When you realize that everything will collapse, transform and change, then you don't get attached to it too tightly.

A shaman knows that events come to us, we accept them, and then let them go. It doesn’t mean that the shaman does not try to change something when it’s in his power. This means that we do not resist and do not waste energy on something that we cannot change.

A shaman moves with the flow and cycle of life.
