The guru is not a trophy, nor is seeing the guru as the Buddha the end of the story. When we recognize our own mind as the Buddha, that is the final victory.






Meditation and Erotic play




The relationship between the physical act of making love or conscious Fucking and meditation is not necessarily obvious at a first glance, but it is nonetheless real and extraordinarily powerful. If the act of lovemaking is approached as a mystical experience, it becomes indeed a form of yoga or meditation.

The implication of this statement is that a total absorption of the mind in the true, direct experience of love occurs between two people who really love each other, during an act of love.


In fact, it truly is an active and creative act, which fulfils the being on multiple levels (physical, psychic, mental and spiritual as well).


So, just like meditation, the act of making love without being involved in thoughts concerning the experience or any other things is what the Eastern tradition recommends in order to be able to reach a mystical experience in this manner. The fundamental key to succeed in transforming a common approach to sexuality into a mystical, elevated experience is to allow yourself to extricate your habitual thoughts during the sensual act of lovemaking.


MEDITATION AND SEXUALITY

The mental integration through sexuality in form of meditation is not different from specific yoga techniques. In fact, this approach should dictate our attitude in any kind of activity: eating, sleeping, breathing, cooking, walking, watching, making love, etc. It is also true that a meditative attitude attracts a lot of unbelievable results.


In fact, when we limit the discursive thinking processes we give our latent subconscious capacities the possibility to fully manifest themselves.


It gives our experiences great energy and at the same time a greater capacity to control this energies, not trough the rational mind, but through that super-conscious force, the expression of will and divine harmony reflected into the pure mirror of our consciousness, clear and untroubled by rational thinking, which is limiting, personal and egoistic.




Consequently, in order to turn an erotic experience into a spiritual one, one should try to stop what is usually termed as “rational thinking”. You may ask “why would I do that?” and the question would be reasonable!

The answer is because this kind of thinking known as “rational thinking” is limited and also sets limits to your experiences. And, as you may easily guess, one cannot know the infinite by being limited to the finite!

It is highly important that you stop this kind of reasoning for a while, still, simply setting the subconscious forces, sensations and experiences free is not really a mystical state. A mystical experience occurs generally when the erotic energy is sublimated and refined. The Super-Consciousness plays the most important role here, because it enlightens us and our experiences.


That is is also the reason for the great importance of another element – termed as transfiguration. This implies the active, real and creative belief in a certain “pattern” or divine archetype against the dark and shapeless background of the subconscious world. To be more clear, when being with or thinking about your lover (and you may extend the experience) see in him/her this divine archetype you have in your heart.


To see the god or the goddess beyond the ordinary image of the one you love, to unite with what he/she has sublime, this is transfiguration. Such a relationship leads to an elevated world and helps us experience the erotic act in the form of meditation. Through transfiguration the human is endowed with divine virtues.




HOW TO APPROACH EROTIC EXPERIENCES

In order to experience the spiritual ecstasy while we make love with sexual continence, traditional Eastern literature recommends that we eliminate our thoughts. Tantrism states that we have to open up to sexuality and approach it with “an empty mind”, a state called “the absence of mind” or “the pure mind”.


This recommendation has often been interpreted the wrong way, ad literam. If one does not examine this statement intelligently, he/she might believe that people who have had mystical experiences suspend their mental activity in order to remain in that state where they shut up for the rest of the world and go away from life.


However, the real sense of this recommendation is to stop a certain way of thinking, the rational, verbal, conceptual, theoretical one or in other words the one that evaluates and places things on a certain scale, with a certain label, based on logical representations.


This way of thinking makes each experience, perception or sensation be immediately labeled, expressed through words and given a philosophical, moral, positive or negative sense.

It is also associated with the left cerebral hemisphere and first it takes the form of an inner soliloquy.


In fact this way of thinking (so specific to our contemporary times) is not encouraged by ancient mystical writings, which even contain methods to minimize it in order to reach a state of balance and harmony between the two sides of the brain, the left one, logical, rational, discursive and the right one, intuitive, creative and esthetical.


When the intercourse practiced with sexual continence blocks the verbal way of thinking we become more conscious of what is really going on. We feel “we drink from the Fountain of Life”. That’s why Tantric tradition encourages us to live fully and directly any experience and thus to participate actively and creatively to the erotic fusion.




Thus we become more conscious and surrounded by that experience, without even trying to describe it in words while it lasts. During a Tantric erotic fusion lovers are a lot more aware of themselves because they do not think (as we normally conceive this term), but they allow themselves to be carried away by the natural flow. They do not allow experiences to be filtered through the limited “screen” of a soliloquy.


Any superior integration of an experience implies a capacity to contract and keep in mind several aspects of a problem. It is a lot more valuable than to analyze it piece by piece, in time. The possibility to perceive reality on different levels, from a cosmic perspective, is obviously the attribute of a human with a superior level of consciousness, capable of viewing reality from different angles. Thus a thing or a phenomenon may be analyzed from a vital, creative, sexual, volitional, affective, intuitive, mental or spiritual point of view.


Just like meditation, the erotic experience allows us to perceive things in a creative and intuitive way. Without describing each and every sensation and without thinking, “Oh, this feels good” or “I am in a very elevated state”, we can freely enjoy our experiences.


During the Tantric erotic game man and woman are open to sensations, they go deep into themselves and do not evaluate them, they just fully experience them. It is obvious that rational thinking remains integrated in the complex structure of such a state, but the mind is now capable of perceiving everything around without any kind of effort.


PRACTICE RESERVATUS MENTIS WHILE YOU MAKE LOVE

The ordinary, common vision of life, as we were accustomed to embrace comprises a broad range of discursive attitudes we might consider “normal.” However, the Tantric eroticism proves that this kind of “inner discourse” has to be reduced at least to the level where it does not prevent, distort nor inhibit the emotional intimacy between the two lovers, as well as the access to the mystical experiences.


Nevertheless, it is a fact of common knowledge that verbal communication and even language can spring from a non-discursive state of mind. The acts of speech, listening, reading and writing, even the soliloquy can be spontaneous, in which case they do not cause any interference or disturbance to the proper experience.


The JNANA YOGA System, a cognitive form of meditation, which is the origin of the Zen System, introduces us to a method of spontaneous, natural use of language that we get into without a precise definite aim. For example, if we listen someone who’s talking, we will understand clearer what he/she tells us if we don’t use our discursive way of thinking, analyzing and labeling after each sentence we hear.


Owing to this silent attitude of the mind, called RESERVATUS MENTIS, the perceptions are highly accurate, and one may get to sense even the most insignificant trifles. In order to achieve this mental state, Yogis concentrate on different areas of the body, on certain mantric sounds, or perform different positions according to the specific path they follow (HATHA YOGA, LAYA YOGA, JNANA YOGA, KUNDALINI YOGA etc.).


The role of these exercises they practice is to calm and relax their mind. These exercises are also useful for tensed, stressed out people whose work implies the excessive use of the discursive, logical aspect of their minds, that is there occurs an overuse of the left part of the brain.

However, if we get to think about these exercises, we will soon find out that them may easily appear sort of boring compared to the joy, passion, effervescence and intensity of the erotic game.


And what wouldn’t be boring compared to that? This is the most beautiful and transfiguring part of life. Eroticism has often proved to be the quickest, easiest and most natural way to reach mystical experiences and great spiritual achievements by people aware of what they do and of what they want.

✨️Famously Hindu Vama Marga tantra is believed in judgement and tale to be the sinister path, while in reality the name denotes the position of women in the tantric panchamakara ritual. Dadaji Mahendranath, the Guru of the Nath succession in the East writes of this in his article "Sinistroversus":        "The other division in Tantrika is known as Vama Marga or Nivritti Marga. Vama means left or opposite-turning because Dakshin means normal, sun wise or clockwise. Vama is not a religion but a spiritual esoteric path for those who have the basic qualifications. It is the path of return, left-turning or sinistroversus. First it is the path of return to the natural life of natural relationships and therefore differs from the restraint patterns and rules required for the slaves. Slaves must serve and not enjoy; they must worship and not attain. Vama Marga is also known as Bhukti Mukti Karnika - The Path of Enjoyment and Liberation. The path is not for everyone. To escape from the world, the rounds of rebirth and the miseries of life requires a way whereby one tastes the Microcosm in all its aspects. Without this experience, one can hardly have the capacity to reject. This is the way of the Gods and the way of the Masters."

The Salad






Tantric Breathing Practice




1. Bhastrika (Bellows Breath)





Breathing in and out vigorously, allow the belly to move out on the inhale and draw back in on the exhale, 27 times. As you breathe out, feel the pelvic floor lifting up, which helps to bring blood flow to that region. Energetically, this technique helps to release the coil of energy known as Kundalini that gets held at the base of the spine due to belief patterns, known as avidya. After 27 rounds of Bhastrika, take a full breath in and hold, retaining the breath. Clamp the abdominal muscles at the lower abdomen and as you retain the breath, lift and lower the head gently 3-5 times. 



2. Release



With the head down, slowly release the clamp, bringing the palms to face up on the thighs. As you exhale, allow the head to float back up. Let your breath adjust. 


3. Ahamkara mudra


Using your right hand, bring your thumb and index finger to touch as if you are pinching something very small, and pierce the point right at the center of the chest using this mudra (ahamkara mudra). Visualize light expanding from your heart out into each cell of your body, and into an aura of light around you. Bathe in the light of your own radiance.

Chakra Breathing


Relax and enter into a trance state, then, instead of breathing in energy into your entire body as with the

energy meditation, breathe in energy into each one of your chakras, for seven breaths each. Seven

breaths is only a guideline; you can do more or less, but it is important to keep your chakras in balance.

It is important to not only breathe in the energy, but also to visualize it.

You can breathe in white-gold energy (the most powerful) or the color energy of the chakra.

When you are finished breathing each of the chakras, breathe in energy through all of your seven

chakras, front and back to meet in the middle.




This meditation can also be done on just one chakra that is lacking in energy or that is blocked. Just

apply the breathing one or more times a day. The rest of the meditation is unnecessary if you are

working on a specific weak chakra.




✨️The sun is hundreds of times more powerful. The energy of the sun contains all

of the colors of the spectrum in their purest forms. Performing this full meditation out of doors under

the sun can give you incredible energy and is also very healing. Just affirm "I am breathing in powerful

white-gold (or whatever color) energy from the sun, into my ______ chakra." Repeat this several times

and then visualize yourself absorbing the energy and brightening your chakras with it.✨️







Pineal Meditation



This meditation expands intuitiveness and creativity and helps to open one’s mind to comprehend

information much easier.




1. Relax and go into a trance state

2. Inhale and visualize white-gold energy entering through your third eye into your pineal gland.

3. Draw the energy in with each inhale, then brighten, and expand your pineal gland with the

energy with each exhale.

4. The first few times you do this, affirm to yourself: "I am breathing in powerful white-gold

energy that is safely stimulating my pineal gland."

5. When you are finished, feel the energy for a few minutes and meditate on it. It should be very

pleasurable.

This meditation activates and empowers the pineal gland. The pineal gland is the psychic powerhouse

of the brain. White-gold is the most powerful of all of the colors. It is the color of the Sun and this is

one of the reasons the original religions worshipped the Sun.





Ball of Light Meditation



The chakras are located along the spine, but they also extend to the front of our bodies, excluding the

crown and the base. Each of the chakras, the second through the sixth has an opposite chakra in the

front of the body along the abdomen. The sixth chakra has three. The rear sixth chakra located at the

occipital in the back of the head, the middle sixth chakra is located between the third eye and the

occipital sixth chakra.

To perform the meditation, visualize a small ball of

bright light the size of a ping-pong ball and light up a

chakra on your spine with it and pass it to the front

chakra directly opposite it and light it up, then pass it

back to the chakra on your spine. Keep passing it back

and forth to each chakra, then move up or down to the

next chakra (whichever one you want to work with).


You can either visualize the ball as white-gold light or

the color of the chakra you are working with.

You can also connect the crown to the base. I found the

energy center located in the perineum to be especially

powerful with this. Just pass it up and down.

Now another interesting thing one can do with this is to connect with another person and this greatly

enhances telepathy. For example, passing the ball back and forth from their heart chakra to your’s will

tell you about the other person’s emotional experiences and character.




Meditating on Chakra Sounds




Each chakra has a standard sound. By meditating on these sounds and focusing on the specific chakra,

this is one way of opening up your astral hearing.



• Base Chakra, the physical Level:

Sounds include thunder or a soft hissing. Red



• Sacral Chakra, the astral Level:

Roar like the ocean or the sound of wind. Orange



• Third chakra the level of will:

H-h-h-a-a-h-h-h sound (silent, like an exhale- no voice; long and continuous) or the sound of

humming/vibration “aum.” Yellow


• Heart Chakra, the intuitional Level:

Buzzing like a bee (bioelectricity) or the sound of a flute. Green



• Throat Chakra the mental Level:

Azazel gave me a sound. The best way I can describe it is like twisting a balloon. Humming can

also be used. Blue




• 6th Chakra, the soul Level

The sound of woodwind instruments. Bluish violet (indigo)



• Crown Chakra, the blissful Level

Whisper or no sound- this is felt rather than heard. Violet



The above levels and sounds are guidelines only to get one started. Focus on a particular chakra, and

imagine the corresponding sound as best you can. Try to feel it through your body and resonate on that

plane. This meditation will open you to clairaudience.




Meditation on colors



The Color Meditation:

Begin by getting comfortable and doing breathing exercises or whatever you do to focus your mind and

calm yourself before entering into your trance state.

Breathe in and fill yourself with each breath with a specific color of the spectrum, visualizing it as

brighter and brighter each time (not lighter; by brighter, I mean more intense):

Red, blue, yellow, orange, violet, green, indigo (bluish-violet, the color of the 6th chakra) or black. This

meditation can also be done after meditating on a specific chakra. You can then fill yourself with the

color of that chakra.

If you are new to color meditation, hold the color for two to four minutes. If the color feels pleasant,

you can hold for a longer period of time. Those who are used to the energy of the colors can hold much

longer. One’s increased time should be comfortable and gradual.

Each color should be in its pure form and bright. Later on, it is fine to experiment with different shades

when adept.

If a color feel negative to you, work with it gradually. Ask your mind for an answer as to why. What

does the color mean to you? What associations do you have with a particular color? This is a great way

to find out more about yourself. Which colors feel pleasant to you? These are the ones that you may be

using the most in your life to the exclusion of others. Knowing this provides information as to which

chakras need more work to bring them up to full power.

The most important objective of this meditation is to *feel* the colors. Spend some time with each

color, getting into how it feels. Keep a written record in your book of shadows/black book.

Also, you can meditate on the color outside of yourself to feel its energy. It is not necessary to always

absorb the color, especially if you feel uncomfortable with certain colors. Remember, if something feels

uncomfortable or negative, then stop. When you are finished with this meditation, clean your aura with

white light as this will act to balance the all of the colors in your aura.

The benefits of this meditation are the ability to feel, direct and apply color. Color energy is

exceptionally powerful when used in magick. Each color has specific energies and acts to bring results

unique to that energy.









Ascending Energy Meditation




1. Lie down and begin by stimulating yourself to orgasm. Right at the point of the impending climax,

visualize a fiery brilliant bright light at your perineum (the area between your rectum and testicles for

men; or between the rectum and vagina for women).


2. Inhale and direct the energy from the orgasm while you are climaxing, up your spine. You should

visualize this as a bright white-gold light.* Draw the energy up your spine to the crown chakra where it

lights it up and empowers it, emerging from the top of your head and into your eighth gold chakra.

Brighten your eighth gold chakra.



3. Expand your eighth chakra into a ball approximately two feet in diameter

(60 cm).



4. Exhale and expand the energy from your eighth chakra and then direct it to descend down each side

of your body, down through the bottoms of your feet and back up to your base chakra where you inhale

it again.



5. Inhale and draw it in again at the base chakra, lighting it up and empowering it upon entering and

then visualize it ascending your spine again and repeat the above steps 2-5. With each circulation, you

can expand your aura with the energy.

The orgasm gets the energy going and you can keep circulating it for as long as you wish.



Always direct the energy up out your crown. The above pathway is the normal pathway for energy

surrounding the aura.





Toning and Strengthening


The most effective way of toning your muscles is to make them over-resistant. When a muscular cell is worked on a level above the usual, then this cell is forced to work harder.


Thus, the muscular fibers begin to break a little, on a microscopic level, and these microscopic gaps will be filled with micro-drops. After approximately 48 hours of rest, these fibers recover, and become stronger.


Your muscles can adjust to the supplemental solicitation you require by developing their strength (the force of the muscle) and by improved endurance (the capacity to contract repeatedly for an interval of time).


Once the muscular tonus is improved, the appearance of the muscle also changes: its strength and its relief.


You can obtain a good tonus by practicing any exercises. However, the increase of the muscular strength is directly connected to the strain to which it is subject.


The stronger and the more resistant you want it to be, the harder you will need to work those muscles.


There is a large variety of devices and instruments you can use. The most common are the weight instruments that you can find in the gym.


Applying the above-mentioned principles to the pelvic muscles means that you have to do exercises that will involve these muscles, to make them work and strengthen.


Consequently, if you do only the Kegel exercises at a minimum of intensity and for a short while, you will probably increase the muscular resistance, but you will not obtain notable improvements in terms of their strength.


The exercises done as we said above will help you build up you resistance and muscular tonus, which is enough for the overall pelvic sustenance, for instance if you want to recover after giving birth, or to eliminate the problems that appear due to weakened musculature.


However, lovemaking requires a much more intense activity from these muscles, so they will have to be trained much more in order to build up their strength.


First of all, to strengthen your muscles you need to increase the intensity of the Kegel exercises, through stronger and longer contractions, or simply using devices that allow a kind of resistance to your contraction.


The vaginal weights we mentioned in our previous articles have various shapes and weights, so that you will be able to control the quantity with great precision. Once you become accustomed with working with a specific weight, you can move on to a greater one.




As in the case of any other exercise, the size of the weight you work with and the number of repetitions determine the degree to which the strength and the resistance of the muscle are improving.


The general rule is using heavier weights and fewer repetitions for building up the strength and using lighter weights and a great number of repetitions for endurance.



TYPES OF MUSCLES


Another thing you need to take into account is the type of muscles you are about to train. There are two basic types of muscles, known as quick fibers and slow fibers.


All the muscles in the human body contain these types of fibers. This includes the pelvic muscles as well. Each of these fibers plays a different part.


The quick fibers are responsible for the powerful, quick action. Heavy effort is addressing this type of fibers. On the other hand, the slow fibers are responsible with a less intense effort, but which occurs on a longer interval.


For instance, a marathon runner needs to develop the slow-response fibers, while a sprinter will have to train and develop the quick fibers.


However, for the overall strengthening of the pelvic muscles, you need to work hard on both types of fibers. This type of improvement is obtained through a variable intensity of the exercises.


When a muscle is contracted, first are activated the slow fibers. The quick fibers act only when the effort is great, so the contraction needs to be repeated at a maximum of speed or tension.


When you begin to practice the exercises we will present in the following articles, you will notice that some are done with weights, some are quick and short and other are slow and long, plus all the intermediary methods between these extremes.


This will guarantee the preparation of the sexual muscles for all the inevitable variations you will encounter during lovemaking.




Usually, lovemaking with sexual continence brings about complete satisfaction, and lasts longer; therefore you will want to obtain the vigor of the slow fibers.


However, when passion strikes hard, you will definitely need the additional strength of the quick fibers. Thus, training also your quick fibers allows you to be successful in intense action as well.





MUSCULAR COORDINATION




A final aspect of muscular fitness is that you need to obtain the muscular coordination. When you exercise, not only that you strengthen your muscles, but you also improve the way in which the nerves and the fibers coordinate the the messages received from the brain.


A muscle has thousands of muscular fibers. Each individual nerve is interconnected to a group of muscular fibers, the ensemble of which is known as motor unity.


If you need strength, as for instance for lifting a heavy weight, or maybe an orgasmic contraction, you will use several motor unities of a muscle. Less forceful movements require less motor unities.


However, as soon as you gained a certain degree of control, you will be able to obtain more precise actions of the muscles. This means that you will be able to control different parts of one and the same muscle.


Or you can vary the the speed and rhythm of the contractions, to add variety to a sexual position. Basically, this is all about harmonizing your muscles.


The women from the Far East who are capable to perform highly complex numbers involving their sexual muscles can do them because they have developed their pelvic muscles to such extraordinary degree and control.


A highly difficult trick performed by such a woman consists into the insertion into the vagina of an object somewhat similar in size and shape to an erect penis, on which there is attached a rope.


She ties the free end of the rope to a wheelchair, and asks one of the people watching to sit in the wheelchair while she pulls the chair around the room, using her vaginal muscles.


Another sexual number, of Japanese tradition, is performed by a woman who inserts a pen inside her vagina and then she writes with it best wishes for the people present.


There is no need for you to aspire to these things; they are mere proof of the capacities that can be developed by training your sexual muscles.





The next step in becoming a master in the art of lovemaking is the following:


Try to find all the positions in which you can contract your vaginal muscles. Find the suitable rhythms and induce the force you desire.


A very important aspect in performing these exercises is the breath. Exhale the air from your lungs, and remain like this, without forcing yourself. Then inhale, and retain your breath with your lungs filled with air.


Now begin to contract your vaginal muscles as many times as you wish, before exhaling. It is very important that during two successive contractions you relax your muscles as this relaxation helps you get a better control at this level.




EFFECTIVE RHYTHMS


BASIC RHYTHM

Contract and relax your muscles at a moderate speed, 20 times. In time, increase the speed and see how you like this.


SLOW AND EASY

Contract your muscles, keep the contraction for 3 seconds, relax them the following 3 seconds, and repeat 20 times. Gradually increase the time of the contraction from 3 to 20 seconds.


SLOW PUMPING

Contract and relax your muscles as if you simulate a heartbeat. Continue like this for 3 minutes in a row, without pause.


FAST PUMPING

Speed up the SLOW PUMPING. Make sure every muscles is completely relaxed before the next contraction. Continue for 3 minutes, in a row, without pause.


OPTIMUM POSITIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTIONS

Women prefer several positions in which they perform best these contractions. From these positions, you may chose the one that is most suitable for you. Or maybe those that are most suitable…


Experiment with each individual position, in order to make the best possible decision.


SITTING POSITION: Sit on a chair, with your knees apart.


THE MISSIONARY POSITION: Lie down on your back, with your knees at your chest and spread.


THE FEATHER POSITION: Lie down on your back holding one of your knees at your chest and the other leg stretched.


LATERAL POSITION: Lie on one side and stretch the leg that is below on a 90 degree angle with your body, supporting it on a pillow. The other leg is slightly bent from the knee.


THE RIDING POSITION: Sit with your feet widely apart, knees slightly bent. Bend over a little bit, but keep your spine straight. This position will also force the inner muscles of the thighs, and this will offer you greater flexibility during lovemaking.

THE TECHNIQUE

1. Warm your testicles in one hand, until you perceive a slight shiver or a first startle of the sexual energy.


2. Inhale and slowly contract the muscles around the testicles, perineum and anus. Imagine that you absorb the sexual energy and draw it through the testicles towards the perineum.


3. Exhale and relax the muscles, but keep your attention focused on the sexual energy.


4. Continue the process described above until you perceive a warm tingling in the perineum. After you succeeded in setting this energy into motion, you may begin to imagine your spine as a straw through which you absorb the energy from the testicles and directs it to the crown of the head.




Repeat this technique for 15-20 minutes daily, or until you perceive a light or tingling in the area of the head. Try to maintain the focus of the energy in the area above your crown.


5. Become aware of the new vigor you perceive in your whole organism.


Learning how to rise the sexual energy requires a time of accommodation, but do not become discouraged. In the beginning, you will perceive the sexual energy like a tingling sensation along your spine.


When you feel the energy accumulated in the area of the head, you will know that the technique was successful.




 


Consequently, they will help you have stronger and longer lasting erections, but this also depends on your mastery of sexual continence.

Here is the first method that awakens your potential sexual energy:


This method is based on the stimulation of the erogenous points or areas of the penis. However, let us first find out which are these areas or points.


The first and most sensitive of all of these points is the glans of the penis. It is covered with a very fine skin, which has innumerable Krause corpuscles, corpuscles sensitive to various tactile sensations.


The second highly sensitive area is the base of the penis. The penis is covered by a “sheath” made of a thin layer of skin. On the base of this sheath there is a hypersensitive area whose stimulation determines the further hardening of the erection.


This area responds well to a slight tightening through the use of a ring. However, during lovemaking, the controlled contraction of the vaginal muscles can replace any other helping innovation.


The third sensitive area is the scrotum. The scrotum is covered with a delicate epidermis, lacking adipose tissue and sensitive to gentle touch and massage.


APPLYING THE METHOD

Take 30 minutes daily to practice the following method:


1. The yogic relaxation for ten minutes. You find its description in the Yoga Section.


2. Completely naked, sit on a chair, close your eyes, and focus on the genital area. Breathe deeply and slowly, trying to relax the genital area as much as possible.


3. Keep your eyes closed, and begin the exercise by caressing the scrotal area gently, with the tips of your fingers. Delicately caress the area between the anus and sexual organ.


Even if you have never done this, and even if these caresses do not make you perceive any erotic pleasure, continue these caresses when you perform this exercise. After a while the erotic perceptions will become refined and the erotic energy will awaken more easily.



4. Then move on to the stimulation of the area from the base of the penis. Form a ring around it, with the thumb and index, and tighten this ring for 10 to 15 times.


Then move this ring that presses the penis for about 20 times, from the base to the glans. This milking-like movement brings the blood from the base to the glans.


5. Then proceed on the stimulation of the glans, moving the foreskin back and forth, over the coronary area. Begin with slow movements and then gradually increase the rhythm.


Stimulate yourself like this until you obtain an erection and then continue this stimulation, without ejaculating. When you feel you are getting close to the point of non-return, cease the stimulation, breathe deeply and after you’ve relaxed, continue the stimulation.


6. After this, in the end of this exercise, perform 15 Uddyiana Bandhas or 10 minutes of Sarvangasana for the ascension of the energy to the upper chakras.




The second method we are going to introduce to you is a Taoist method. Here are the stages:


1. The yogic relaxation for ten minutes. You find its description in the Yoga Section.


2. Sit in a comfortable position, rub your palms until they become warm, and then hold your penis and scrotum with the right hand. With the left palm, perform 81 circular movements in the oral sense, on the abdomen, beneath the navel.


Change the hands and perform the same circular movements, with the right hand, in an anti-oral sense. Imagine a fire emanating from the genital area.


3. Contract the anal muscles, including the PC muscle. Remember to relax completely your muscles between two contractions, and to maintain the contraction for as long as you can. After a month of daily practice or even sooner, according to your effort and perseverance, you will get to perfectly control your anal muscles.


4. In the end, perform simultaneously point 2 and 3 from above. You will perceive a pleasant sensation at the base of your spine, and this sensation will spread through your whole body. This pleasant sensation is the result of the contraction of the muscles on the prostrate.


The results of this practice are: preventing the prostrate problems, healing of hemorrhoids, impotence and precocious ejaculation. It also increases the sensitivity of the penis and may even determine an increase in the size.


In fact, these methods for activating your sexual energy may just as well become pleasurable and intense erotic experiences, as long as you do not fall for ejaculation






SEXUAL ENERGY CONTROL TECHNIQUES FOR MEN

In this sense, the yoga practice could offer the necessary and sufficient conditions to successfully practice the sexual continence.


ASWINI MUDRA

One of the most efficient methods to avoid the discharging of the sexual potential is to practice ASWINI MUDRA for long time periods. ASWINI MUDRA means the strong contraction of the anus muscles and maintaining this contraction as long as possible.

This technique, which is extremely simple can be easily done in the “dead” times during a day (during bus or car traveling, etc).

Though it seems to be something extremely simple, yet ASWINI MUDRA has amazing effects in obtaining a very good control of the sexual energy if this technique is sufficiently practiced.


INTERMITTENT URINATE

This process implies the successively contraction and the relaxation of the urinary sphincters during the micturate.

The process permits to get the skill of control the sexual mechanisms and to have the consciousness of some process occurred during the discharging. It permits also to anticipate and to avoid the climax, to experiment the orgasm without wasting the sexual energy.


Do not confuse the states of unsatisfying or impotence, when the man doesn’t feel erotic pleasure, with orgasm without sexual energy discharge, which it is strongly euphoric and regenerating.


SLOW PENETRATION

To obtain a perfect sexual continence you have to start the intercourse having a transfiguration vision of the erotic attraction between a man and a woman and keep this transfiguration during lovemaking. Both lovers have to understand that the sexual attraction has its roots in the primordial attraction between the masculine principle and the feminine one; these two principles govern the entire creation. That is why the lovemaking with sexual continence is a spiritual path through which the lovers can immerse themselves into the primordial love that springs from the fusion between masculine and feminine principle. Thus the lovemaking with sexual continence is a way of rediscovering the UNITY.




Practical advices:

Do not rush and take sufficient time and a lot of patience and love.

For the beginning you have to learn to penetrate your lover very slowly and to be aware of the pleasure states that occurs.


If you feel that the excitation increases very much, you have to slowly withdraw the penis so only 1-2 cm of it remain in the vagina. Stay motionlessly in this position. (In the case that you feel the ejaculation impends, quickly withdraw the penis, with a suddenly move).


Inspire deeply, hold your breath; contract the pelvic muscles (the anal sphincter muscles and PC muscles).

Simultaneously focus your mind over the sperm retention. Imagine your sperm retention. Imagine that an inner alchemy force transforms your sperm in energy. This will help you to avoid ejaculation.


Then focus your mind in order to sublimate the enormous energy that is contained in the sperm. Sublimate it in psychic, mental and spiritual energies by letting the energy of love to suffuse you.


After this short break, that can last 10-50 sec or more depending on your necessity, you can gradually and cautiously resume the penetration movements. If you feel that the excitation is still very intense, you can do many times the above-mentioned method.


The method is also valid for your lover having an increased efficacy if both of you practice it simultaneously (even in the case that one of them hasn’t reached the preorgastic level).


Attention!


• At the beginning you have to prove a huge will and tenacity.


• At the beginning it is better to practice the above-mentioned technique sooner the preorgastic level than latter, when there are less possibilities to successfully stop the ejaculation process.





Women




Find a time and a place where you are not disturbed. Repeat each of the concentration exercises described below, including observation, visualization, interruption and isolation.


Do all these exercises for seven minutes every day. You should be able to clarify yourselves about the functioning of the love muscles.


If you have difficulties buy a pair of vaginal weights that will help you locate the suitable muscles.


Here are four methods to help you identify the muscles for each exercise. Use them all. If you have problems focusing, use the method you consider the best for your concentration.


OBSERVATION

Place a mirror underneath you, and inspect your sexual organs. Separate the exterior labia: feel their texture. Find the clitoris. Pay attention to the

“valleys” and the “hills” of the inner labia.


Locate the various openings: the urethra, the vagina, the anus.


Now insert a clean finger inside the vagina. You will feel the passing from a smooth exterior to a undulated interior. If you ever inserted a diaphragm or tampons inside your vagina you are already familiar with the tissue and its structure.


Continue to test the vaginal walls. Try to remember all that you have read about the feminine anatomy, and to be aware of the changes that appear during the sexual stimulation.


You will probably notice a beginning of lubrication, caused by the manual stimulation. Observe all you see and feel.


Keep in mind these things. As it is difficult to focus on the inner muscles in order to contract them, a mental map of the area is highly useful.


When you move on to the practical exercises, you will have a correct image of what you are going to do.


Now follows the test of the finger. Contract and squeeze your muscles as tight as you can. If you do not feel any pressure on the finger, yet you feel you are indeed contracting something, you may contract your abdominal muscles or others.


Therefore it is really important that you relax these muscles and isolate properly the pelvic muscles from other types and groups of muscles.


Now try again the squeeze. If you are not certain about what you do, do not be worried. The following exercises will boost your confidence.


PART 2

VISUALIZATION

Now that you have an idea about what you look like, you have to look deeper. This does not mean you have to purchase a microscope, just use your mind’s eye to focus on the various sensations that your body experiences.


It is time to do the complete yoghic relaxation, focusing on the pelvic area. Lay back comfortably on the floor or on the bed, legs straight and arms along

the body. Do all these in a warm room.


You may still need to pull a blanket over your body, as when you relax your body looses its warmth more easily. Also make sure you wear comfortable clothes.


Begin with a deep, slow breath. Then follow the relaxation steps described in the “Yogic relaxation”, until you reach the pelvic area, where you will linger a bit longer.


Focus on the labia. See if you can distinguish between the exterior labia and the inner labia. Then shift your focus on the vaginal opening.


Remember what this really looks like and program your image and sensations in your mind. Continue to wander with your mind around the pelvis, then move on to the buttocks.


Try to locate the anal opening, and move on to the vagina again, only to strengthen the feeling of differentiation. Then move on to the frontal side of the clitoris.


You might already have erotic sensations, like a tingling, accelerated pulse.

Continue the relaxation in the other corporal areas, as it is indicated in the “Yogic relaxation”.



 


After this comfortable yoghic relaxation, repeat this tour, contracting and then relaxing each muscle. Did you manage to contract the pelvic muscles during the second part of this exercise?


Test yourself! Insert the finger as described in the observation phase. Try

and squeeze. Can you do it? If you still cannot, do not get worried. The training does not stop here!


INTERRUPTION (FRACTIONATE URINATION)

The most common way of getting started with the identification of your love muscles is to stop the flow of urine.


This action will help you focus on the muscles you contract. This action is simply the activation of the urethral sphincter, but it helps because the muscular ring is connected to the PC muscle.


ISOLATION

Remember your mental image and recreate some scenes you experienced during your real life. Squeeze the anus as if you would like to keep it really tight.


Then squeeze the vagina as if you wanted to prevent a tampon from slipping out. Now squeeze the urethra as if you need to wait until you reach a toilet.


Squeeze and release each of these sphincters.Then squeeze and release them all at once. Make sure that the neighboring muscles, such as the abdominal muscles and the buttocks are relaxed.


If you find it difficult to find the muscles to contract, maybe you will do better if you use the vaginal weights. A study demonstrated that learning by

yourself takes about three times more time than if you used the vaginal weights.




This is because the weights provide the necessary feedback when they start to

drop. Then the muscles react almost reflexly in order to keep them inside.


Repeat these four focus exercises until you are able to detect and contract any muscle of the pelvis, at your own will.


As soon as you managed, there is a wide variety of rhythms, intervals, numbers, intensities and positions in which you can practice the contractions.


However, each thing has its time. First of all, you need to get an acute

awareness of the love muscles.
