Just a mix of tantric sugar to contemplate during the week. No clear destination, for it will melt in your mouth and mind and do its own thing.
Transform Desire
Tantra recognizes that the powerful energy aroused by our desire is an indispensable resource for the spiritual path. ... And according to the tantric teachings of Buddhism, this remarkable transformation can be realized very quickly if we utilize all aspects of our human energy especially the energy of our desires. Lama YeThe exceptional approach is to recognize the true nature of afflictive emotions.
When desirous thoughts arise vividly,
looking directly at their essence, they subside in themselves.
This is the dawning of mahamudra, bliss and emptiness inseparable.
It is also called the pristine wisdom of discernment.
There has never been anything to reject,
nor to accept, nor to transform;
everything is contained within mind.
Know that there is no other intention of a buddha
than simply the uncontrived mind itself.

Mindful are we? In the completely perfect sense, there is no meditation and nothing to meditate on. When mindfulness alone is enough, it is the peak of practice. In the ultimate sense, even mindfulness itself does not exist. When the basis of mindfulness is absolved in basic space, we speak of wisdom. As when fuel is used up the fire is also extinguished, when delusion is used up the remedy itself is eliminated. This is the sphere of activity of all noble ones. It is not meditation, nor is it nonmeditation. Not being meditation, there is nothing at all to focus on, and not being nonmeditation, there can be no distraction. Simply place the mind on the bare apprehension of the nature of reality. This is not a thought-object of the rational mind, because the absolute is beyond intellect and without reference point. If the intimate connection between thought and object is not severed, although you call it “uncontrived,” it cannot reverse delusion. Severing the inner perceiver and the external object may be called self-arising self-liberating, but it is still duality. When there is no antidote, it is self-arising self-liberating.

This world is known by consciousness & this world/Matter IS consciousness Matter is our Mother; and we as consciousness are journeying through an experience of worldly materiality To tend Matter is Creativity; to produce forms out of knowledge/ideas But creativity (knowledge) has two feet, one is constructive & the other destructive Once born from the matrix into existence in time a form also slowly decays The creative collapse is a pendulum - a swing into differentiation/multiplicity and then the fall & return to Unity The left foot stepping Kali is the journey of deconstruction of form - waking up from the world, in the world, through the world - through dissolution & absorption of form into the dark/black mother of homogeneity Psychically & archetypally she is descent & dissent from (untrue) beliefs - the prison walls of our false self - our pretence in time - our pretend & put on show - she is therefore anti status quo Collapsing the man made laws of self-interest that serve only few & individuals and not all & everyone as part of the web that is mankind Her laws are the laws of the great cosmic mother - the laws of truth - never-changing laws - the fundamental forces, matrika & Shakti’s that regulate the Cosmos in relation to man’s existence within it (Cosmos as order, regulation & cyclical etc.) When the two sexes have not united in devoted practice together, things are unbalanced, as each person is stuck functioning in the limited, beginning stage of believing they control their sexual organ. Normally, men have the phallic force and shoot energy out uncontrollably and undefined, while women are the yoni’s, constantly restricting themselves and others emotionally and sexually. When the man becomes controlled, wielding the yoni, he becomes the stabilized, generous force to allow his woman to become unrestricted, sexual, free, and loose (from her prior self-imposed limitations). Our society has developed in many ways into encouraging only independence— women yielding to and “needing” no man, men avoiding chastity to a woman, and therefore women barren of access to the creative, phallic, force, and men barren of access to stability and containment of her vessel for his expansive energy. Even amongst married couples, women (who are polarized to pull energy inward and upward to the heart) depend on and tightly hold onto their restrictive nature, imposing emotional and sexual restrictions and rules constantly, while the men resist learning phallic control and instead crave to throw their energy outwardly into other women, porn, etc. (as the male force naturally flows downward and outward). In advanced couples, who recognize and embrace one another in their own energetic functioning ...(and do not punish or shame one another for it— i.e. a woman telling her husband his sexual desires are primitive and animalistic, or a man complaining to his coworkers about his “ball and chain” at home), and instead seek to work with one another to rise above these original, standard ways of functioning… the man controls himself and gives the penis devotedly to the woman (who he has selected and views as worthy of all he has, and not a chain or obstruction), loving to place all of his creative energy at her disposal (and doesn’t give it to a million other things or runs away from her restriction), and a woman, growing in trust and devotion for him, blissfully pleased at what she is creating around her, releases her anxiety and tension and control and allows herself to sexually blossom. She does what finally sexually satisfies him, which is churning more desire and lust in herself, to desire to
magnetize and contain and hold his abundant energy. In this way, the man approaches the “woman satisfied” and now has true control over her yoni without even exerting effort; now, in her abundance, her restriction loosens and wishes to give him whatever he unconsciously desires (as she naturally "finds" his will, and follows the "rules" of the path of his will that they are on- the irony here is that the truly virile man actually earns her real desire to give back to him from sacrificing all that he has to her with no expectation). This is due to women having the peculiar quality of being the Moon, having an ability to reveal a man’s true nature to him that he doesn’t even know himself. In this way, although his will is directing/restricting them, she now loves to feel freedom and looseness within herself, and strength, power, and security from his abundance filling her. She willingly and even blissfully “obeys” his path, because she is so satisfied and gratified from having access to manifest whatever she desires with the phallic force, that she dissolves into agape (love— the key of the female path) and finds ultimate liberation in it (...). She has transformed from the dark, hungry, and frantic new Moon, to the radiant and glowing Full Moon— reflecting her chosen man’s light blissfully. -Claire Nakti, The Woman Holds theMagical Wand Vajrayogini.

Vajrayogini, also called Vajravarahi, in Vajrayana (Tantric Buddhism), female embodiment of the cognitive function leading to Buddhahood. Vajrayana emphasizes experience over speculation but uses the terms of speculative philosophical Buddhism in an imaginative way.
AJrayoginī is a tantric deity with no counterpart in Mahāyana Buddhism. She is a ḍākiṇī- literally a "sky-dancer", and figuratively a wild spirit who dances ecstatically in the clear blue sky of śūnyata. She is usually depicted as red in colour, naked except for elaborate ornaments of human bone, and a necklace of skulls, corresponding to the 16vowels and thirty-four consonants of the Sanskrit alphabet, and symbolising the purification of speech. In her right hand she holds a flaying knife with a vajra handle - a vajra-chopper - which she uses to cut off attachments. In her left hand is a skull cup filled with mahāsukha (the great bliss) which she pours out like wine to her devotees. In the crook of her left arm she cradles a khatvanga or magic staff. Her iconography is rich and multifaceted
Practices and mantras associated with Vajrayoginī are often considered secret - although the mantras are now widely published. Many traditional practitioners are uncomfortable with this breaking of the traditional secrecy around these practices, and warn against using these mantras without proper instruction. So remember, am here if you communicate mindfully.

Long Mantra
This mantra is one that I have received several inquiries about, questioning the wisdom of making it available. I am sympathetic to these concerns. This mantra is from the Anuttara Yoga Tantra - the most esoteric and generally speaking most secret level of Tibetan Buddhism. While the lower (or outer) Tantras are often treated as open and accessible to the public, many people consider this mantra to be "secret". It is something of an open secret however as there are several books which reveal it, and many internet sites. Andy Weber, a very well known Western practitioner of Tibetan artistic traditions, has made the mantra into a postcard!
In the Western Buddhist Order we do not necessarily approach mantra on the terms of Tibetan Tantric Buddhism -
From the traditional point of view this mantra should be used under the guidance of a qualified teacher. Especially if you are involved in a Tibetan Tradition you should consult your Buddhist teacher if you want to use this mantra in your practice. Vajrayoginī practices require specific initiations and carry samaya vows.

Cha kra Chakra Shakakan
A review for Beginners on the Energy Centers I pass on the teachings in a way that if you don't want to know what a Chakra is ..guess what you don't have to. I have you focus on your organs and points in your body that you can be mindful/aware of and feel. It is all good If you are curious about them and don't want to hunt for the way down at the bottom section here is a review. 🎉So another summary of the Chakras Chakra is a Sanskrit word, meaning, "wheel." The human chakras are "wheel-like" vortices or saucer-shaped depressions that exist on the surface of the etheric human body. Chakras are energy centers. They function like receivers and transformers of the various forms of prana (energy). Through the nadis (tube or flow or astral channels), the chakras take in the vital energy and transform it into the frequencies needed by the various areas of the physical bodies for nourishment and expansion. (We love expansion) Traditional writings say there are 88,000 chakras in the human body. Most are extremely small and play a minor role in your energy system. However, there are approximately 40 secondary chakras that are of significance; these are located in your spleen, the back of your neck, the palms of your hands, and the soles of your feet. But for brevity purposes, we will only explore the seven (7) primary chakras here. Each chakra is connected with one of the elements of earth, water, air ether, and mind – the mind is an instrument of consciousness. These elements are states of matter and NOT elements as we understand them in modern chemistry. They are equivalent to the terms: solid, liquid, fiery or gaseous, airy, and etheric - which are somewhat equivalent to the physical, astral and mental planes, and sub-planes. The seven primary chakras are located along a central vertical axis of our spine and open toward the front of the body like a blossom. These circular energy centers are in constant motion, rotating, attracting energy - receiving or radiating. The Seven Primary Chakras in the human body are: (7) Crown Chakra (6) Third Eye (5) Throat Chakra (4) Heart Chakra (3) Solar Plexus (2) Sacral or Spleen Chakra (1) Root Chakra At the center of each chakra, in its deepest point, is a stem-like channel that extends to the spine and merges with it, thus connecting the individual chakra with the sushumna (the most important energy channel) which ascends within the spine to the top of the head. For most people, the chakras extend about four inches in all directions from their point of origin. When undeveloped, they appear as small circles about two inches in diameter, but when awakened, they are blazing, shimmering whirlpools akin to miniature suns several inches in diameter. As one's development advances, their chakras will extend further from the body, their frequency vibrations will increase and their corresponding colors will become clearer and brighter. Depending on the sex of the individual, the chakras rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise. For instance, when a chakra in a man is rotating clockwise, the same chakra in a woman will rotate counter-clockwise and vice versa. This enables the energies of man and woman to complement each other. Every clockwise rotation is primarily male, which is in accordance with the Chinese teaching, Yang; and every counter-clockwise rotation is female or Ying. Remember we can always do self love after a good chakra spin, chakra aligning and clearing meditation or do a more Taoist meditation clearing and balancing the lower dantien or gut mind, the middle dantien middle mind and the upper dantien/mind. If an atheist well then we focus on the energy more scientifically and again in a non denominational way. However I will always offer from my core Belief schools which are the Native indigenous ( shamanic energy work), the white and vama marga tantric, the chi or taoist energy work and the Egyptian. Union between positive and negative poles ( masculine and feminine)is also responsible for enlightenment, and the experience which takes place at the time of union is a glimpse of the higher experience. This subject has been thoroughly discussed in all the old scriptures of tantra. Actually, the energy waves that are created during the mutual union are not as important as the process of directing that energy to the higher centre. Everybody knows how this energy is to be created, but nobody knows how to direct it to the higher centres. In fact, very few people have a full and positive understanding of this natural event which almost everybody in this world experiences. If the conjugal experience, which is generally very transitory, could be extended for a period of time, then the experience of enlightenment would take place.

Retaining the bindu Bindu means a point or a drop. In tantra, bindu is considered to be the nucleus, or the abode of matter, the point from which all creation becomes manifest. Actually, the source of bindu is in the higher centres of the brain. But due to the development of emotions and passions, bindu falls down to the lower region where it is transformed into sperm and ova. At the higher level, bindu is a point. At the lower level, it is a drop of liquid, which drips from the male and female Orgasm. According to tantra, preservation of the bindu is absolutely necessary for two reasons. Firstly, the process of regeneration can only be carried out with the help of bindu. Secondly, all the spiritual experiences take place when there is an explosion of bindu. This explosion can result in the creation of a thought or of anything. Theref
ore, in tantra, certain practices are recommended by which the male partner can stop ejaculation and retain the bindu. We have talked about all this before and even certain points in the body that are of value to direct your energy to them, for example the point in the center of the back of the head. Always open to do sessions working on lighting up that upper head while charging the cock or pussy. Ejaculation is not avoided because of loss in terms of the chemical structure of semen, but because it brings down the energy level. The sexual act culminates in a particular experience which is reached only at the point of explosion of energy. Unless the energy explodes, the experience cannot take place. But this experience has to be maintained, so that the energy level remains high. When the energy level falls, ejaculation takes place. Therefore, ejaculation is avoided, not so much to preserve the semen, but because it causes a depression in the level of energy. "Therefore, the yogis have tried to give a correct direction to the sexual urges. Yoga does not interfere with sexual life. Normal sexual life is neither spiritual nor aspiritual. But if you are practicing yoga and have mastered certain techniques, then sexual life becomes spiritual. Of course, if you are leading a celibate life, that becomes spiritual too." Powerful. Most separate life, work, career choice, sex and spirituality. That is so difficult. Not saying anything is better, I am just saying it is easier. When I have my kind of tantric sex it is sacred because we believe we are. We are the sacred but also the imperfect humans. We accept that which we are. And accept death, accept life. But then so to is the work I do, the food I eat, the way I work, the way I lead or follow. All is sacred because I am to myself. I can be ass up face down but still sacred. Mmmmmm
Techniques......Techniques
1. Lie down and begin by stimulating yourself to orgasm. Right at the point of the impending climax, visualize a fiery brilliant bright light at your perineum (the area between your rectum and testicles for men; or between the rectum and vagina for women). 2. Inhale and direct the energy from the orgasm while you are climaxing, up your spine. You should visualize this as a bright white-gold light.* Draw the energy up your spine to the crown chakra where it lights it up and empowers it, emerging from the top of your head and into your eighth gold chakra. Brighten your eighth gold chakra. 3. Expand your eighth chakra into a ball approximately two feet in diameter (60 cm). 4. Exhale and expand the energy from your eighth chakra and then direct it to descend down each side of your body, down through the bottoms of your feet and back up to your base chakra where you inhale it again. 5. Inhale and draw it in again at the base chakra, lighting it up and empowering it upon entering and then visualize it ascending your spine again and repeat the above steps 2-5. With each circulation, you can expand your aura with the energy. The orgasm gets the energy going and you can keep circulating it for as long as you wish. Always direct the energy up out your crown. The above pathway is the normal pathway for energy surrounding the aura. *White-gold is the most powerful of the colors
Technique #2
Practice Before falling asleep (always at your own particular hour), lie down, face up, on your bed. Relax all of the muscles in your body and make your mind blank. You must not think of absolutely anything for thirty minutes. This practice should be done six days out of the week Lie down on your bed and with all the muscles of your body relaxed, slumber while thinking that the fire of the Holy Spirit continues to descend from heaven (as in the former practice) and enters into your head through the pineal gland. Feel that such a fire inundates your brain and puts into motion from left to right (clockwise) the marvelous and bi-colored lotus flower of your pituitary Chakra, the eye of the Prophet. The pituitary gland is situated in the mid-brow. See it fill with fire and spin upon itself. While in that state of consciousness, vocalize the syllable IN, as follows: IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNN Feel as if you are floating on an ocean of fire. This exercise must last for about 30 minutes and must be performed before going to sleep; if possible perform it at the same time everyday, while lying down on your bed. The next day write down everything that you dreamed about in a notebook, You are the Guru writing your practice baby if you are WISE and turn that knowledge into wisdom with your alchemy/presence)
BRAIN FOOD DESERT EXTRA INFO ON DIFFERENCES IN TANTRAS & A LITTLE KUNDALINI POP😘
For all a basic review of something that gets asked a lot regarding some of the differences between right hand path tantra and left hand path.
Here I do not teach the advanced. We get into that ONLY one on one in zoom or video or audio because the advanced is not for all and I do not sell my path and push it on anyone. I simply share basic techniques here because if people don't do the one on one I do not know how their body is responding.
But again I do pass the advanced on but only to personal friends or those I know pretty well and have more of a traditional Tantric Guru and vama marga devotee relationship.
Always happy to chat regarding questions or sharing of research as all interpret and follow their life practice differently. And all paths deserve respect.
____________________________Basic difference reviewed again in different way 😊
During the process of coming into one's own, the highest goal is seen as a small version of Sakti, the goddess of feminine power, linked to Kundalini's awakening. Tantric practitioners connect Sakti's power to Cosmic Consciousness because she shows how male and female ideals can exist together.
Tantra-asanas, also called "sexo-yogic postures," has become a powerful set of mental and physical practices requiring the same discipline as meditation to bring about this realization. The Kundalini Sakti can be awakened through the practice of tantra-yoga-asanas. This is in line with the teachings of tantra, which say, "One must rise by that by which one may fall." On the biological level, the fusion of polarities is called the sexual union of asana. As is often and wrongly said, this is not the same as having a "sexual encounter."
Having sex has always been linked to having children or feeling very satisfied with one's body. Tantrikas, on the other hand, knew that sexual energy had a huge amount of potential and was able to use tantra-asanas to change sexual energy and set it free on a level of cosmic awareness. People think that sexual activity is inherently divine and a source of vital energy that can hugely affect a person's physiopsychic state, which then affects a higher level of the universe.
Tantra is a spiritual practice that tells a man and a woman how to behave in a way that turns their sexual union into the spiritual union of Siva and Shakti. Dakshina marga, also called the "right-hand path," and Vama marga, also called the "left-hand path," are two of the most important tantric practices that can be done to awaken Kundalini. People who follow the left-hand path use Pancha-Makara, which is a term for five ritual ingredients that start with the letter M. These are madya, which is wine, mamsa, which is meat; matsya, which is fish; mudra, which is dried cereal, and maithuna, which is sexual union. Chakra-puja is the name for the ritual of a group of people getting sexually intimate in a circle. The central idea of the left-hand path is that we can't make spiritual progress by denying or avoiding our desires and passions. Instead, we need to change those things that cause us to fall as a way to become free. This is the basic idea that the left-hand path is based on.
Through the practice of Kundalini Yoga, the flow of Kundalini Sakti, which normally moves downward, can be made to move in the opposite direction. This brings it together with Siva, or Cosmic Consciousness, in the end. To reach this goal, the body's physiological functions also gradually change.
Tantra-asana is an exercise that must be done with someone of the opposite gender. People think that the female participant reflects Sakti, the dynamic female principle that underlies everything in the universe. The "devout woman" is the perfect example of what it means always to be a woman. With the help of a guru, a place is chosen for the ritual, and the best time of day and hour are figured out before it starts. The best way to get started is to get initiation from a Bhairavi (female guru). Tantrikas put a lot of emphasis on the fact that rituals must be done in places far away from other people and free of noise and pollution. Rituals like bathing, dressing, worshiping, giving flowers and other ritual items, and doing rites like Nyasa and bhuta-sudhi, which involve cleaning the body and the elements, are done to set the right mood. In vamachara, which is also called left-hand practice, the instructions are taken literally, while in dakshinachara, which is also called right-hand practice, they are taken symbolically.
During the Pancha-Makara rite, the unclothed female deity worshipped is no longer seen as a person. Instead, she is seen as the goddess Sakti, representing the most basic parts of the universe. ' The transmission of divine power is not something that happens in a separate realm from the real world. Instead, it is something that can be learned through experience. The man and the woman are both playing parts in a play following the letter. In this discussion, there is no room for abstract ideas. Instead, there is a constant reference to a real human condition. Their thoughts and feelings move in sync with each other when they talk. So, the fact that a woman can turn into a goddess is a very special insight into the real world. This is because a woman's change into a goddess can't be seen, felt, or understood in any way other than what it is.
"The man and the woman join themselves in each other, and by doing so, they can connect with their inner selves in a fuller way." This ongoing activity of "seeing" into each other through the different ritual acts leading up to sexo-yogic asana throws the group into anonymity so they can accept the common goal. Sexo-yogic asana. Ritual projection gives divinity to the adepts, which continues until both males. Female adepts, who represent the rational principles, reach an existential awareness of unity that is like the circle symbol. For more information you can search for

Next a little on the Kundalini experience

The Kundalini Experience from a Classical and Clinical Point of View
Some physical and psychic signs can be seen as the Kundalini energy rises and moves through the chakras. Yogis have talked about how the body shakes before the Kundalini wakes up and the explosion of heat that moves like a current through the Sushumna. When the Kundalini starts to rise, people may hear sounds inside their heads like a waterfall, bees buzzing, a bell or flute, ornaments jingling, or other similar sounds. Even though the yogi's head might start to feel dizzy and his mouth might start to drool, he keeps practicing until he can hear the sound that is the deepest, most subtle, and least affected by anything (Anahata nad). When the yogi closes his eyes, he sees many different things, like dots of light, flames, and geometric shapes. When a yogi reaches the highest level of illumination, these forms fade away and are replaced by an inner brightness of very bright, pure light.
Dhyanyogi Madhusudandas, a modern guru who practices Kundalini Yoga according to its traditional methods, lists the many signs and symptoms that an aspirant may experience, such as creeping sensations in the spinal cord, tingling sensations all over the body, heaviness in the head or sometimes giddiness, automatic and uncontrollable laughing or crying, hearing strange noises, seeing visions of deities or other spiritual beings, and so on.
There is a chance that anything could happen to you in your dreams, from the heavenly to the hellish. Physically, the abdomen wall may flatten and pull towards the spine, there may be diarrhea or constipation, the anus may contract and pull up, the chin may press against the neck, the eyeballs may roll up or rotate, and the body may bend forward or back or even roll around on the floor. Breathing may slow down and sometimes stop, but it doesn't. Instead, it just gets very weak. The mind may become empty, and there may be no pain. You might feel that Prana is flowing through your brain or spinal cord. Sometimes people chant songs or mantras or make noises with their vocal cords without being asked to.
You might not be able to open your eyes no matter how hard you try. The body can be turned or twisted in any direction. It moves around on the floor, sometimes like a snake and sometimes like a rabbit with legs crossed. Some people will do asanas that are both familiar and new to them. Sometimes the hands will move in traditional, formal dance patterns, even if the person doing the meditation has never danced before. Some people can speak different languages. At times, it looks like the body is sinking into the ground, and at other times, it looks like it is floating in the air.
You might get the impression that it has gotten either incredibly big or small. It might shake and shiver, then go limp, or get as hard as a stone. At other times, the eyes will close, the brows will knit together, and the face will get very wrinkled. Some people say they want to eat less, while others say they want to eat more. When an aspirant focuses his mind, he can feel movements of prana-Sakti and small tremors all over his body, even when doing something other than meditation.
A rise or fall in temperature and aches and pains all over the body are possible signs. Some people lose their drive to work and start to dislike it. When someone is meditating, they may hear buzzing sounds like conches being blown, birds singing, or bells ringing.
When someone is meditating, they may hear buzzing sounds like conches being blown, birds singing, or bells ringing. During meditation, a person may suddenly get answers to questions they didn't know how to answer. Sometimes the tongue gets stuck on the palate, is pulled back toward the throat, or even sticks out of the mouth. Either the amount of saliva made goes up or down. Dryness or parching of the throat is possible. There is a chance that the jaws will close, but they will eventually open up again. When a person sits down to meditate, they might start to yawn. There is a chance that the person will feel "headless," which means that the head feels like it is being pulled away from the body. Even if people close their eyes, they might still be able to see what's happening around them. There's a chance that different kinds of intuitive knowledge will start to happen. There is a chance that one could see their image. One might even be able to see their own body lying there after they have died. From all these signs, you can figure out that Kundalini Sakti has become active. Any questions on wanting to pursue the more advanced level of any of this work please contact and we work together. If you doubt you are making progress, or thinking you may have started doing a technique in a way that may have been done wrong so after a while we get stuck in habits or of there is one part if a technique you just can't get ..please do reach out.
