We are in a season of transformation.

Not just you.

Not just me.

But many of us—together—

shifting, breaking, becoming.

You feel it.

The air is thick with change.

The ground beneath us is not what it used to be.

The old ways? They don’t fit anymore.

The old you? You’ve outgrown it.


(Pause, take a deep breath, hold and let it Go)


And fear…

fear tries to creep in.

The whispers of What if?

The shadows of I can’t.

The delays of Not yet.


But fear is just the mind trying to keep you the same.

Fear is just a cage made of old thoughts.

And we’re not here to stay the same.

We are here to grow.


(Pause. Take another deep breath in. Let it go.)

So what are you creating?

Not tomorrow. Not one day.

But now—this breath, this moment, this heartbeat.




Look at how you speak to yourself.

Listen closely.

Are your words chains?

Or are they wings?




(Softer, slower)

Chains… or wings?

Chains? Or wings?

You decide.


Pause and answer yourself.



The mind is not the master.

It is the tool.

Pick it up. Shape your reality with it.

Direct it. Use it.

Or it will use you.


(Pause Breathe)


Joe reminds us again:

Your personality creates your personal reality.

So if you want a new reality—

become the new personality.

Be the one who speaks to yourself with love.

Be the one who looks at the future with excitement.

Be the one who is fearless in your becoming.


Now listen…

The past?

We’re done dragging that weight.

We’re done replaying that loop.

We’re done bleeding from old wounds.


(Pause. Deep breath.)


Forget the noise.

Forget the chaos.

Forget the lies that tell you you’re not ready,

not worthy, not enough.


You are enough.

You are infinite.

You are more powerful than you’ve been told.


And if you can’t take it anymore—

if you feel like you’re at the edge—

good.

That’s not your breaking.

That’s your becoming.

That’s the universe shaking you awake.


(Pause. Slower, softer.)


This is our season.

This is our time.

We rise fearless.

We rise excited.

We rise happy about the future.


Because what’s coming…

is us.

Reborn.

Renewed.

Unstoppable.


So breathe it in.

Breathe in the new you.

Hold it.

Release the old you with the exhale.

Again. Inhale possibility.

Exhale the past.

Spoken Word / Reflective Script – Rewiring the Mind 2.0


It’s hard to begin—let’s be real about that.

To start rewiring the mind…

is no small thing.

Because for a lifetime, most of what we thought was “ours”

was never ours.


Our voice?

Shaped by the words of others.

Our beliefs?

Defined by people who carried their own trauma,

their own fears, their own limitations.

We learned to speak to ourselves

in the language of other people’s pain.


So of course it feels heavy to step out of the program.

Of course it feels impossible for some.

Nearly impossible.

But “nearly” is not the same as “never.”

Because possible still lives here.


At first, self-exploration feels exciting—

a spark, a new taste of freedom.

But sustaining it,

committing to it in the noise of daily life,

that’s where the real work begins.

Finding the right way, *your* way,

to slow down enough to notice.


And meditation is not just sitting cross-legged in silence.

Meditation can be dancing until you dissolve into rhythm.

It can be walking the greens in golf,

swing after swing in presence.

It can be breath—

pranayama pulling energy through your cells.

Yoga as meditation,

movement as prayer.

Shamanic journeys that crack open the soul.

Tantric meditation.

Even Tantric *erotic* meditation.

Gazing at a single candle flame until thought disappears.

A guided meditation to anchor you.

Medicine of fungi.

Cannabis meditation—

not escape, but entry.

Entry into your deeper self.


And in daily waking life—

this is where the discipline shows up.

Staying present.

Listening to the chatter of your mind,

noticing the low vibrations,

catching them in the act.

And instead of following them down—

you flip them.


The mind says, “You procrastinate.”

You answer, "No. I prepare.”

The mind says, “You’re chasing.”

You answer, “I am a magnet. What’s mine comes to me.”

The mind says, “Your work has no value.”

You answer, “My work is valuable, I don’t beg.”

The mind says, *“You are alone.”

You answer, “The universe supports me, I am never alone.”


And if you’re still here?

Still breathing?

Then you are already a warrior.

The question is—

do you keep fighting?

Or do you choose love, prosperity, abundance,

the life that has been waiting for you?


This is daily work.

It is minding the mind.

Not letting it run you into the ground with old conversations.

But putting an end to them

and writing a new script with affirmations.


Set aside time.

Write down what you catch yourself saying.

Record it. Keep notes.

And three months later, go back.

Look at how you’ve shifted.

See it in black and white.

Because it does get easier.

You *can* do this.


Another daily tip:

Act as if you were already your highest self.

Your dream self.

Your future self.

Ask: would my Higher Self do this?

Would they move this way?

Speak this way?

Choose this way?

How would they feel walking through the day?

What would they prioritize?

Start there. Be that. Now.


This is how we collapse timelines.

Integrating the future into the present,

day by day, breath by breath.

Healing with our very will.


Thy will be done.

But your will is the key.

So decide—

how many more beatings will you take from your own mind?

How much longer will you war with yourself?

Or will you finally smile, laugh, love—

live the life that’s been waiting?


Commit.


Because this is only the beginning.

There’s more to come.

We are healing together.

We are journeying together—

into our highest, brightest, most unique selves.


And we are getting loud about it.


So don’t forget—

gratitude for all that you already have.

Gratitude for who walks with you.

Gratitude for the breath in your lungs.


And let go of the past.

Let go of old actions.

You are not yesterday.

You are now.

You are becoming.
