Going up the main chakras

Root chakra on the negative

Diving deeper into the Energy

Centers

Remember:

- The purpose of the chakras are to process and disseminate energetic information between our spiritual and physical bodies.

- According to The Tantra, there are actually thousands of energy centers and pathways in the body, but the chakras are specific centers where many connections intersect.

"The Root Chakra is associated with the physical body that includes the adrenal glands, colon, kidneys, skeleton/bones, muscles, and arterial b flow (text restrictions do not allow the B word as in the liquid that is in your veins) that flows through the left chamber of the heart, carrying oxygen and nutrients to our body tissue.

The Root Chakra provides the links between our energetic system and the physical world and is our base for our life force energy"

A weak root chakra will have symptoms

Distrust

Insecurities

Fearful

Lack of interest in self

World around you

Feeling stuck

Stagnant

Imbalanced

(Trauma can cause a lack of security as well as belonging or being cared for)

Restlessness

Anxiety

Panic

Resentment

Apathy

Lack of focus

Pessimistic

Anger

Rage

Lack of patience

Lack of self esteem which all overflow into what we project and attract as well as all are mind/body/ soul connected

Experiencing some of these is not healthy and not necessary in terms of being a part of our lives. They also majorly affect how you relate to the world.

Just to also add these can go into hyper negative spin mode

And a person be

An asshole (defense mechanism don't lie to yourself)

A bully

Demanding of others what is not within

Domineering

Accusing

Assumptive that all is bad

All are after you

All are symptoms of a weak root chakra

Just to give a bit of depth to the root.
