“The pineal gland is a link between the consciousness of man and the invisible worlds of Nature. Whenever the arc of the pituitary body contacts this gland there are flashes of temporary clairvoyance, but the process of making these two work together consistently is one requiring not only years but lives of consecration and special physiological and biological training. This third eye is the Cyclopean eye of the ancients, for it was an organ of conscious vision long before the physical eyes were formed, although vision was a sense of cognition rather than sight in those ancient days.”

A man wrote to me about just wanting to be the best lover for his woman and how he couldn't help but go off, once she got going. My reply: Here ..I am in a rush of morning marketing but your dilema is either: A. lack of doing techniques properly which indeed is why instruction one on one ..rather than books & youtubes WAS the way in tantric history..(to ensure just like in Yoga that the tiniest movement or positioning of the hands is done correctly..) or not doing the techniques at all or not doing them enough or doing them & not believing in them but your dilema IS thee most common & easiest to resolve. ✌️ And here is something written by someone else because I have said this for three years already to you all on OF and in dms.
Tantra Sex - Controlling The Male Orgasm Ancient tantra - the science of erotic love and its role in the human existence - holds the secrets of the ultimate sexual experience for both men and women. As a tantra teacher, one is often confronted with the primary insecurities that lead aspiring students to the tantra master in the first place. One of these is premature ejaculation. The male partner's experience with erotic sex can be completely hamstrung if he is afflicted by this syndrome. Understanding this predicament, the tantra master may introduce certain tantra techniques to control premature ejaculation early on in his instructions. It is a fact that it is possible for the male to significantly prolong and enhance his sexual experience with these tantra techniques, thus also increasing his partner's enjoyment of the sexual act. This is important, since a woman's orgasm differs a lot from that of the male's. If the male partner is subject to premature ejaculation, she will not be able to travel through the nine stages that the female orgasm basically consists of. If the male can control his climax long enough and continue making steady, focused, passionate love to his woman, he is in a position of giving her with the ultimate sexual gift - a full-blown tantra orgasm. The secret of premature ejaculation control via specific tantra techniques is to control and redirect the sexual energy generated at the time of imminent orgasm. This takes time and practice, and the tantra master has to ensure at all times that this student maintains the necessary focus and self-discipline. It is not only about controlling a bodily function, after all - it is about controlling the mind that governs these bodily functions. There are tantra techniques that help a man strengthen and control his pubococcygeus muscle, also known as the PC muscle. This muscle, which exists in both genders, basically controls the flow of urine, and also contracts sharply during orgasm. It is this muscle that turns rebel on a man who suffers from premature climaxing, by going into the orgasmic spasm far before it ideally should. You will know which muscle is in question here when you attempt to stop urinating in mid-flow. Under the expert guidance of a tantra teacher, the male can learn to exert physical and spiritual will on this muscle. It will become his servant, rather than his master. Though women are not subject to the distress of premature ejaculation, they too can suffer from curtailed enjoyment of the sexual act because they lack control over this muscle. In a tantra for couples setting, the tantra teacher can help both partners achieve complete control by a combination of tantra breathing techniques and tantra yoga exercises. Once these techniques lessons have been absorbed and understood, they can be practiced anywhere and at any time. The result is the end to premature ejaculation in the male, and the ability to reach full orgasmic potential for the female. The benefit? The formation of the ultimate physio-spiritual bond between the partners. When guided by an expert tantra master, this is just one of the many miracles that this ancient science of love and life can work in a relationship. By nirtaddnwyuiaoreyda

Only when we have a genuine, abiding desire to free ourselves from suffering and all its causes does our spiritual journey begin. That original desire is very potent and very real. It is the basis upon which we enter the path that will lead us to our goal. Yet from the point of view of the Vajrayana, or tantric, school of Buddhism, there is no place to go on that path, no end of the road where we will one day satisfy our thirst for liberty. Why? Because the very thing that we are looking for — freedom, wakefulness, enlightenment — is right here with us all the time. – Ponlop Rinpoch

Reminders from me to you and things I tell those I work with
There is a time when people come to those like me, almost as an unflattering, last resort. It is funny because they will follow on social media for years and life will keep flowing like an endless river but they will crash upon the rocks and know that there is something more. Perhaps they themselves are the rocks and the flow of life all in one, and in some weird way, they feel it. They feel and because they feel, they know.
The thing with seeking is that if you
seek
then you are seeking something and you see there lies the glitch.
When we seek something, there is a destination or point where we can find it.You seek something. You are seeking "something" or "somewhere," and so it has a culmination, an end. But that is the first rock in the way of that raging torrent of water.I say, "Be guided." First of all, because it is not a place or a destination, nor does it have an end, why seek it, and how would you even seek it?
Do you know what you seek?
Answers? To what?
Why seek that which is beyond form or concept restrictions, especially in the same way that you seek something tangible or try to solve it with mathematical processes the mind assumes?
Why not trust and be guided?
Many seek inner peace, satisfaction, fulfillment, happiness, etc.
However, peace is not something to be sought or fought for; that sort of defeats the purpose. A seeker is not at peace because . . . he is seeking.
Peace cannot be fought for or pursued; that right there goes in the opposite direction of experiencing that peace. A person can be at peace in jail or in the middle of war. They are the peace, and so they are at peace. They are not seeking; they are accepting not just the reality of war or being incarcerated, but also that they are peace itself. Stillness in the middle of chaos They are aware of not just their surroundings but also of their core and the space between each beat of their hearts. They can be at peace wherever they are. They are not seeking anything that would take them away from their peace. They are merely accepting, receiving, and existing within their physical and beyond their mental limitations. There is a thin line of balance that they walk because they are the balance.
When we seek, we are seeking something. In the spiritual sense, people seek, not recognizing or realizing that they are merely missing or longing for that which they are. They are, in fact, seeking the truth, but they are the truth that they seek.It is like a dog going around chasing its tail.
In order to be guided, though, one must trust, and there is where the seeking does come in handy.
You see, if people are seeking, then they do trust something deep inside just a little. The seeker becomes the guide once he trusts not just that gut instinct that there might be something more but also each of his steps and all that is within and outside of himself.
At first, trusting that awareness that there is more—that thirst for more—can lead many to: trauma resolution; other possibilities; the paths of others; conflict resolution; and once all that, among other things, is resolved, then in the process they either learn to trust themselves more or they spiral down and trust themselves less, ultimately having to trust themselves or be crushed.
Whatever the outcome, one way or another, ultimately, be it in a year or a lifetime, they will learn that trusting themselves is a key they must have on their journey through life.
That trust is so divine during anyone's last breath.
Once we trust, we can surrender to our inner guide.
Once we trust ourselves, we no longer seek; we are guided.
We can trust that we know a lot, but also nothing at all.
We trust that. It's ok. The ego has no place in that space of trust because the ego needs to know and be right.
The ego cannot understand that this is neither wrong nor right. It just is.
When a person is guided, they accept that they more than likely know nothing at all, or they can see and accept that the more they know, the less they know and the more questions they have because each answer opens doors to other questions. The more the mind knows of the earthly/worldly matters the less of this that is matterless. That is why songs and sacred texts say that "you have to leave it all behind".
Those who trust and are guided can see and accept that it is in remaining open to not knowing and falling in love with learning and watching the moments unfold, watching the answers bloom effortlessly, that the fulfillment reaches previously incomprehensible depths and levels.
They become fulfilled through constant moments of awe. moments where human words cannot express that which is lived and experienced, and that's OK.
When we seek, we limit everything. We limit the journey to obtaining or reaching some limited, optimally tangible thing or some illuminating concept, and we follow the mind as it seeks something that is beyond its grasp as it reaches for it without seeing that it is within the very core of the person in which it, the mind resides. We must not seek with the mind that which is limitless, formless, without boundaries, and beyond mental reach.
It is not of the human mind.
Being guided by the heart proves to be far better, but once again I must say that it is not until the seeker learns to trust himself that he can begin to accept being guided by the heart and that which is within the self & all, but outside of the mind.
It is a process or a series of steps, and it can be simple...
Just trust yourself.
just like you trust your heart to keep beating.
Trust.
Unfortunately, the mind interferes, or better put, we listen to the mind, which fears the unknown or blows up the ego so that it believes it must seek because it is after answers, and since it is the ego, then it is right. As a result, the mind and ego are best owned and used as tools, not as dictators. How can we be liberated while seeking if we are slaves to the mind and ego?
There is no reaching, no seeking, no holding, no comprehending, and no teaching.
We can only pass on teachings, and since there is nothing to seek, how can you teach it? It is not something that can be taught, for it is formless and beyond the mind.
It can only be lived, experienced, and surrendered to in rapture.
I only guide and pass on teachings but that is so that others can then find their own inner guide after that they are on their own, for their path is not mine to walk. Just like my truth and path are not theirs to walk.
Remember it is so subtle it escapes you.
Much love Shakti DeviMea always at your service for the good of the collective.

WOMEN WOMEN WOMEN WOMEN WOMEN WOMEN
***********************************************************************************
Women across cultures have been settling for bland, unsatisfying sex or no sex at all. They are unaware of the latent tantra goddess within, and therefore miss out on or ignore the very thing that could give them what all woman crave:
o More intimacy and closeness
o Their partner's undivided attention, both within and beyond the bedroom
o Overall life satisfaction
o Confidence in their erotic appeal and attractiveness
o Confidence in a secure, happy relationship
Even for women who report a general sense of satisfaction with sex, the ancient art of tantra can open up a whole world of pleasure beyond what they normally experience. Tantra scriptures believe that sexual satisfaction is vital for strong emotional bonds. Both men and women experience deeper feelings of love and attachment when they share exquisite sexual pleasure and powerful desire.
Below is an esoteric tantra technique known as 'Shakti ambuddhi paddati'. This ancient technique is designed to increase a woman's sensual receptivenes.
A tragic fact is that the gender with the greatest potential for mind-blowing sexual pleasure, the ultimate erotic tantra experience, usually settles for much less.
As any tantra teacher, we condemn the excessive cultural emphasis placed on a man's virility, and on the fact that a man's orgasm is essential for procreation. Ancient tantra has always recognized that women, whose sexual satisfaction has ironically been downplayed for years, are the ones who are capable of multiple orgasms. Below a tantra technique known as 'Shakti ambuddhi paddati'.
This ancient technique is designed to increase a woman's sensual receptiveness and sensitivity to physical and emotional stimulation - in short, to awaken the tantra goddess within her and make her an active, eager and excited partner.
This tantra exercise also acts as a subconscious sexual 'tonic' in that it helps balance hormones, create proper sexual function and increase libido in women. This particular exercise for women must be done at night, preferably between 1 to 4 am (the specific time is related to the breathing cycle)
Lie on your back with your arms along your sides and relax.
o Exhale, then inhale deeply, relaxing all the muscles in your body
o Slowly exhale as you squeeze your 1st and 2nd chakras and the adjoining muscles, trying to pull your energy as deeply inward as you can. Do not strain while squeezing - this tantra exercise is not meant to be exhausting
o After exhaling, relax your 1st and 2nd chakra muscles for 10 minutes
o Repeat the inhaling and exhaling as you squeeze 1st and 2nd chakra muscles 10-15 times slowly
o Relax, then repeat the exercise if you feel comfortable
Tantra for women influences mind, body and soul simultaneously and is best practiced under the careful guidance and supervision of an experienced tantra teacher. Amateur instructions or attempts to self-practice tantra will not result in optimum benefits. It requires the expert guidance and supervision of a qualified tantra master to get the most out of such techniques, and to prevent possible physical and emotional harm
